HOW TO ACCESS THE FLAT

- Once you arrive at the property entrance, please locate the lockbox on the entrance door, positioned on the left side of the garage near the door
- Use the RIGHT Lockbox, enter the code: 2055.
- Pull down the black lever to open the lockbox.
- Take the keys from inside.
- After removing the keys, close the lockbox securely.
Scramble/change the numbers on the lockbox so the code is no longer visible. - Make sure the lockbox lid is fully closed.
- Once you arrive at the property entrance, please locate the lockbox on the entrance door, positioned on the left side of the garage near the door
PARKING
Parking is available in front of the house. One car can be parked.
INSIDE THE APARTMENT
Registered Guests Only: We kindly request that the person who made the reservation be present at check-in. For everyone’s comfort and security, only the guests included in the booking are permitted inside the flat. No additional visitors are allowed.
No Smoking Indoors: Please help us keep the indoor spaces smoke-free. If you wish to smoke, you may do so just outside the flat.
No Shoes Policy: We have a strict no-shoes policy inside the flat. Please take off your shoes as soon as you enter.
No Parties & Quiet Hours: Parties are not allowed. Please respect quiet hours and avoid loud noise to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
Clean Up: We would greatly appreciate it if you could leave the flat in a tidy condition. Your efforts will be acknowledged, and we’ll make sure to give you a positive review! However, if the apartment is left in a condition that requires exceptional cleaning beyond our standard services, additional fees may be charged.

Please note that there may be times when our housekeeper leaves the washing machine running, as they aim to prepare the flat quickly for you. You may find towels or linens inside the machine that were left to finish drying. Rest assured, these items are clean. You are welcome to leave them in the machine, or if you prefer, you can fold them and place them in the wardrobe before using the washing machine.
If you’d like, you can also inform us, and we will arrange for someone to pick up the linens or towels. Thank you for your understanding!
Feel free to use the kitchen and help yourself to any non-perishable food in the fridge, if available. Please clean up after using the dishes, and remember to turn on the extractor fan, especially when cooking fried or strong-smelling foods.
The iron and ironing board are kept inside the kitchen cupboard. Please use with care and replace back to the same place when done.
Before your stay, you may want to plan a visit to one of the local supermarkets to pick up any essentials or fresh ingredients you may need during your time at the house. Here are some recommended options just a short walk or short drive away:

CHECKOUT
The check-out is at 10am on the day. Send us a message, and please ensure that the set of keys provided to you is left inside the apartment and close the door properly upon your departure.
