Registered Guests Only: We kindly ask that the person who made the reservation be present at check-in. For everyone’s comfort and security, only the guests included in the booking are permitted inside the home.

No Smoking Indoors: We appreciate your understanding in keeping the indoor spaces smoke-free. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside.

No Parties: To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly request that no parties be held on the premises. Since this is a residential area, we also ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during the evening and night, to respect our neighbours.

Clean Up: We would greatly appreciate it if you could leave the place in a tidy condition. Your efforts will not go unnoticed, and we’ll be sure to give you a glowing review! However, if the apartment is left in a state that requires exceptional cleaning beyond our standard services, additional cleaning fees may be charged.

Damage and Replacements: The cost of replacing broken or missing items will be charged to you. This includes any damage such as make-up stains on bedding, towels, or carpets. We appreciate your care in helping us maintain the quality of the space.

Accidents happen, we understand this. If you break anything or something needs repair, then let us know.

The Wi-Fi router is located in the living area. Please look for the password near the router, where it will be clearly displayed for your convenience.

Please ensure every door is locked when entering or leaving the house.

Feel free to use the kitchen and help yourself to any non-perishable food in the fridge, if any. Please clean up after using the dishes.
